My work focuses on AI strategy, product adoption and governance, with a particular focus on regulated industries. I currently lead these activities at EGG finance, a fintech company operating in the credit and financial services sector.In this role, I shape decisions around AI systems, from evaluating technical approaches and product opportunities to designing governance frameworks, adoption paths and training initiatives.
My background combines software development, digital products, research and communication. Before focusing on artificial intelligence, I worked across technology, publishing and education. These experiences shaped my approach to innovation as both a technical and human challenge.I believe the value of AI depends on how thoughtfully it is designed, adopted and integrated into organisations and everyday work.
